This is the footage I thought of straight away when I heard this song. It's what started the marine theme for this project, I had been watching a lot of Blue Planet and Life for my deep sea project so the synth pop elements of the song really reminded me of the way the cilia (the tiny fin like things comb jellies use to swim with) appear to light up as they move. If I had a lot more time I'd love to attempt to animate this, if you set both of these videos going at once you'll be able to see how well this works.
