I drew out the torch which is to go in the iceberg and be the chapter illustration, this was quite hard as it's based on one from the time and I kept wanting to draw a modern one. I also had trouble with all of the lines as I drew them really thinly and close together to create a darker look for the body of the torch.
I also drew the Tove for the front cover, Which was simple enough to do as I'd already drawn out character reference but I did have to design her a nightgown as she says she sneaks out after bed in the book.
Those lines that caused me trouble before payed off here as I barely had to do any editing. Tove was Still pretty simple to colour as she only has the three colours and some shading.
